{"id":1717,"date":"2021-10-13T13:58:18","date_gmt":"2021-10-13T13:58:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicologiaanagarciarey.com\/?p=1717"},"modified":"2021-10-13T13:58:18","modified_gmt":"2021-10-13T13:58:18","slug":"el-aqui-y-el-ahora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psicologiaanagarciarey.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/13\/el-aqui-y-el-ahora\/","title":{"rendered":"El aqu\u00ed y el ahora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La sociedad nos ha acostumbrado a que todo debe ser inmediato y r\u00e1pido, que para tener \u00e9xito hay que ser constantemente productivos, hacer mil cosas, ser buenos en todo y no tener ni un minuto de descanso.<\/p>\n<p>Pasamos de una actividad a otra sin darnos cuenta, del trabajo a las obligaciones familiares, de las vacaciones a la rutina y, as\u00ed, sin ser conscientes de ello, estamos como un h\u00e1mster en una rueda, rodando y rodando&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tal vez haya llegado el momento de parar, de pausar ese \u00abpiloto autom\u00e1tico\u00bb por defecto y darnos cuenta de que llevamos una vida demasiado r\u00e1pida que se nos escapa sin ser conscientes, atrapadxs entre ordenadores, m\u00f3viles, redes sociales, trabajo, recados, obligaciones, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Te animo a que rompas con esa din\u00e1mica. P\u00e1rate un instante y f\u00edjate en esas peque\u00f1as cosas que pasan a tu alrededor. Valora esos momentos que, normalmente, se te escapan sin apreciarlos, disfruta de las personas que m\u00e1s quieres y con las que, quiz\u00e1, no pasas el tiempo suficiente (padres, hijos, amigos&#8230;). En cada momento, intenta estar plenamente presente en lo que est\u00e1 ocurriendo aqu\u00ed y ahora. Si tienes paciencia y eres perseverante, aprender\u00e1s a ver lo que antes se manten\u00eda oculto y surgir\u00e1n nuevas posibilidades.<\/p>\n<p>Comprender esto y llevarlo a la pr\u00e1ctica en la medida de lo posible es algo absolutamente necesario para poder vivir una vida plena y satisfactoria.<\/p>\n<p>Te invito a reflexionar sobre ello.
