Cuando hablo de \u201c<strong><b>adversidad<\/b><\/strong>\u201d\u00a0me refiero a un trauma, una tragedia, una amenaza, estresores potentes o situaciones de\u00a0tensi\u00f3n significativas\u00a0(tales como\u00a0enfermedades o problemas serios de salud, dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales,\u00a0situaciones estresantes en el \u00e1mbito laboral, problemas econ\u00f3micos importantes, etc).<\/p>\n<p>Ser resiliente no\u00a0implica\u00a0que no se experimenten\u00a0dificultades o angustia.\u00a0De hecho, el <strong><b>sufrimiento<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0emocional<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0es algo que comparten\u00a0las personas que han sufrido grandes adversidades o traumas en sus vidas. Es decir, el camino hacia la resiliencia contiene\u00a0resistencias u obst\u00e1culos\u00a0que afectan a nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo y bienestar emocional.<br \/>\nAsimismo, la resiliencia no es una caracter\u00edstica\u00a0que se\u00a0tiene o no tiene. En efecto, <strong><b>la resiliencia puede aprenderse<\/b><\/strong>, mediante el desarrollo y la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de ciertos\u00a0pensamientos, conductas\u00a0y acciones.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas <strong><b>variables <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>que<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0contribuye<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>n<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0a desarrollar la resiliencia<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Disponer de apoyo y relaciones de cari\u00f1o, de confianza, seguras\u00a0y sanas, sean familiares, de pareja, o provengan de amistades, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tener una visi\u00f3n positiva de unx mismx, as\u00ed como confianza en nuestras habilidades, cualidades y fortalezas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ser capaz de manejar y lidiar con emociones fuertes y desagradables.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Saber planificar y aplicar un proceso efectivo de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ser diestro en la comunicaci\u00f3n interpersonal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ser flexible y tolerante.<\/p>\n<p>Todos estos factores pueden\u00a0ser aprendidos por cualquier persona que se lo proponga y trabaje en su desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>De forma resumida, <strong><b>estos pasos te ayudar\u00e1n a construir la resiliencia<\/b><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intenta ver las crisis y los problemas como algo superable y una oportunidad para crecer, no como obst\u00e1culos.<\/li>\n<li>Aprende del pasado y de las estrategias que pusiste en pr\u00e1ctica y que te ayudaron a superar las adversidades.<\/li>\n<li>Mu\u00e9vete en la direcci\u00f3n que te lleve hacia las metas u objetivos que quieres conseguir, mediante peque\u00f1os pasos cada d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Acepta que el cambio, la impermanencia y el sufrimiento son parte de la vida.<\/li>\n<li>Acepta la ayuda y el apoyo de tus personas significativas, aquellas que te quieren y te escuchan.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9 activo y toma decisiones. Intenta no postergar. Ay\u00fadate de un proceso efectivo de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas.<\/li>\n<li>Pon las cosas en perspectiva y relativiza. No les des m\u00e1s importancia de la que tienen.<\/li>\n<li>Ten una visi\u00f3n optimista. No pierdas la esperanza. Visualiza aquello que quieres.<\/li>\n<li>Cultiva una visi\u00f3n positiva de ti mismx.
