En otras palabras, el bienestar es la experimentaci\u00f3n de salud, felicidad y prosperidad.<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios diferencian <strong><b>varios tipos de bienestar<\/b><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bienestar emocional<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bienestar f\u00edsico<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bienestar mental<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bienestar social<\/p>\n<p>Centr\u00e1ndonos en el <strong><b>bienestar emocional<\/b><\/strong>, \u00e9ste incluye tener buena salud mental, sentirse satisfecho con la vida, tener un significado y un prop\u00f3sito, y la capacidad de manejar nuestras emociones, sobre todo las menos placenteras.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, el bienestar\u00a0emocional\u00a0es ese <strong><b>estado sereno<\/b><\/strong> que nos aporta la experiencia y el autoconocimiento, y que nos hace conocedores de las estrategias necesarias para encajar los sinsabores de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Un concepto \u00edntimamente ligado al bienestar es el <strong><b>autoconocimiento<\/b><\/strong>, que es la capacidad de observarnos a nosotrxs mismxs, y se puede conseguir a trav\u00e9s de distintos medios. Por ejemplo, a trav\u00e9s del recogimiento, la introspecci\u00f3n, la reflexi\u00f3n y el silencio. Algunas <strong><b>t\u00e9cnicas<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0efectivas para conseguirlo son: <strong><b>ir a terapia psicol\u00f3gica, hacer yoga, meditar<\/b><\/strong>, reflexionar y escribir en un diario nuestros pensamientos y sentimientos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Todos buscamos el bienestar, y podemos mejorarlo cultivando una serie de habilidades o actitudes.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy quiero compartir algunas <strong><b>claves<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0que te ayudar\u00e1n a lograrlo:<\/p>\n<p>1.Expresar lo que sientes y necesitas<\/p>\n<p>2.Reconocer tus cualidades y tus logros<\/p>\n<p>3.Hablarte con cari\u00f1o, compasi\u00f3n y amabilidad<\/p>\n<p>4.Estar y vivir en el aqu\u00ed y el ahora<\/p>\n<p>5.Perdonar tus errores<\/p>\n<p>6.Ponerte como prioridad<\/p>\n<p>7.No compararte con los dem\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>8.Establecer l\u00edmites emocionales<\/p>\n<p>9.Cuidarte y hacer cosas que te agradan<\/p>\n<p>10.Aceptarte tal como eres<\/p>\n<p>Te animo a que intentes ponerlas en pr\u00e1ctica.
