{"id":1682,"date":"2021-08-21T22:15:52","date_gmt":"2021-08-21T22:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicologiaanagarciarey.com\/?p=1682"},"modified":"2021-08-21T22:15:52","modified_gmt":"2021-08-21T22:15:52","slug":"la-importancia-del-autocuidado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psicologiaanagarciarey.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/21\/la-importancia-del-autocuidado\/","title":{"rendered":"La importancia del autocuidado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><b>Y t\u00fa, \u00bfqu\u00e9 has hecho por ti hoy?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hablo del <strong><b>autocuidado<\/b><\/strong>, algo determinante para cuidar de nuestra salud mental, emocional y f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Tal como est\u00e1 organizada nuestra sociedad, con el <strong><b>fren\u00e9tico ritmo de vida<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0que nos impone, <strong><b>conviene pararse y cuidarse a unx mismx<\/b><\/strong>, emprendiendo algunas acciones en beneficio de nuestra salud y bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy me gustar\u00eda recordarte algunos<strong><b>\u00a0h\u00e1bitos de salud<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0que puedes poner en pr\u00e1ctica para cuidar y preservar tu salud:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comer de forma equilibrada<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Practicar actividad f\u00edsica a diario<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Procurarse un sue\u00f1o reparador (7-9 horas)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Recrearte en actividades de ocio cada d\u00eda (\u00a1no todo es trabajar!)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Compartir tiempo de calidad con personas positivas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Conectar con la naturaleza, al menos una vez a la semana<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cultivar la mente, meditando y prestando atenci\u00f3n a tus emociones y necesidades<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cambiar tu perspectiva de las situaciones y hechos cotidianos, esforz\u00e1ndote por ver el lado positivo de las cosas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Practicar ejercicios de relajaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al margen de estas recomendaciones generales, cada persona puede poner en pr\u00e1ctica aquellas <strong><b>otras actividades<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0que sean de su agrado.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te listo algunas que podr\u00edan considerarse <strong><b>rutinas de autocuidado<\/b><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cocinar tu propia comida con productos de temporada<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cocinar para los que quieres<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Desayunar alimentos nutritivos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Beber un vaso de agua cuando est\u00e1s estresadx<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Escuchar m\u00fasica alegre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Escribir en un diario<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Darte una ducha o un ba\u00f1o relajante, disfrutando de las sensaciones del agua templada sobre tu piel<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Regalarte un ritual de belleza o un masaje<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pintar o colorear mandalas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cultivar tus propias hortalizas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cuidar de tus flores en el jard\u00edn<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Escaparte el fin de semana al campo o a la playa<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ba\u00f1arte en un r\u00edo<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pasar tiempo con tu familia<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jugar con tu perro<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Darle mimos a tus hijxs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ordenar tu casa y deshacerte de aquello que ya no usas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Respirar el olor de la hierba reci\u00e9n cortada<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Practicar yoga al aire libre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Compartir un caf\u00e9 con un buen amigx<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Recuperar charlas interesantes con tu pareja<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Colaborar con alguna asociaci\u00f3n de forma desinteresada<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Leer una buena novela<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Preparar un bizcocho casero e invitar a tu vecinx a probarlo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Espero que estas ideas te ayuden a <strong><b>cuidar un poco m\u00e1s de ti a diario<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda la importancia de dedicarte cada d\u00eda un rato a ti mismx.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Y t\u00fa, \u00bfqu\u00e9 has hecho por ti hoy?
