{"id":1657,"date":"2021-08-06T23:28:59","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T23:28:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicologiaanagarciarey.com\/?p=1657"},"modified":"2021-08-06T23:28:59","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T23:28:59","slug":"claves-para-ser-mas-feliz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psicologiaanagarciarey.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/06\/claves-para-ser-mas-feliz\/","title":{"rendered":"Claves para ser m\u00e1s feliz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La psicolog\u00eda positiva define la <strong>felicidad<\/strong> como\u00a0un <em>estado subjetivo\u00a0de bienestar<\/em> (cada persona la experimenta de una manera distinta), que puede estar provocada por diferentes cosas o situaciones, dependiendo del significado que cada persona le confiera.<\/p>\n<p>Habitualmente, pensamos en la felicidad como\u00a0una meta\u00a0o un fin a conseguir,\u00a0pero lo mejor es plantearla como\u00a0<strong>un camino a recorrer\u00a0y a disfrutar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u00e9ndola as\u00ed, la felicidad\u00a0se puede trabajar mediante el cambio de h\u00e1bitos y comportamientos.<\/p>\n<p>Te voy a dar <strong>8 claves<\/strong> que personalmente me han ayudado a ser un poco m\u00e1s feliz:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Agradece<\/strong>. Cualquier detalle, no tienen que ser grandes cosas. No des nada por hecho.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simplifica<\/strong>. C\u00e9ntrate en lo que de verdad importa y dedica tiempo a hacer lo que te gusta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elige cuidadosamente<\/strong>. Rod\u00e9ate de personas que te hagan sentir bien y establece l\u00edmites.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Practica deporte<\/strong>. Camina al menos media hora al d\u00eda a paso ligero para segregar endorfinas y sentirte bien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perd\u00f3nate<\/strong>. Practica la compasi\u00f3n. Somos seres humanos y, como tal, nos equivocamos. Celebra tus fracasos y errores, ya que de ellos podr\u00e1s llevarte un gran aprendizaje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medita<\/strong>. Meditar de forma regular te ayudar\u00e1 en los momentos de crisis y a ver las cosas con m\u00e1s perspectiva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrena la resiliencia<\/strong>. Adopta un nuevo enfoque e interpreta las crisis como algo superable, una oportunidad para crecer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ama tu cuerpo<\/strong>. No importa como sea, ac\u00e9ptalo. Es tu veh\u00edculo para todo y te permite vivir y sentir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>La vida es un continuo aprendizaje.<\/strong> Al principio, es normal que te cueste implementar alguno de estos comportamientos, ya que el cambio de perspectiva no es sencillo cuando determinados h\u00e1bitos llevan instaurados en nosotros largo tiempo, pero la clave es perseverar. Habr\u00e1 d\u00edas buenos y d\u00edas en los que se aprenda, pero con constancia puede conseguirse un cambio de actitud ante la vida que nos haga disfrutar m\u00e1s de cada d\u00eda y de lo que tenemos. Te animo a que pongas en pr\u00e1ctica estas conductas.
